Sarah has been amazing to both my boys. First Dr. kids are comfortable with. She answers all of my questions and never rushes us. We had a same day appt recently and it was quick and easy. She is the best and will will continue to come to Salud. Thank you Dr. Sarah!!!!!!

I have been taking my kids to Salud Pediatrics now over 11 years based on a referral from a family member who took her children there. They have always been amazing with both my children. My daughter loves Marcie and she is always so wonderful! My son sees Sarah and is equally amazing. We feel so lucky to have a place we trust to take our children too!

My kids started seeing nurse practitioner Sarah Olsen over 3years ago, she has been nothing but amazing to us. My children were always afraid of doctors, until we started seeing her. She is just simply the best, she makes them laugh and always reassure us on any questions or concerns we might have. She is very compassionate and caring, I wish there were more medical professionals like her. Thank you for being an amazing nurse practitioner. Salud staff is great as well.

Sarah, ANP is a wonderful provider. She listens and addresses your concerns without hesitation. She connects with my boys and makes our visits enjoyable. My boys are lucky to have her.The office staff is kind, respectful, and very responsive. I couldn't be happier with the care we receive.

My son has been seeing Dr. Betancourt since birth. He is now 16 years old. Needless to say, we love Dr. Betancourt! If my son is sick, this office gets him in same day, usually within a couple of hours. The office staff and nurses are so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice for your child pediatric medical needs.

Our baby girls pediatrician is Meghan, we love her. She is very kind and considerate and with us as parents she is great! Especially with our baby girl. Unfortunately, today we had to come in and see Sarah Olsen and I was very disappointed in her attitude and the way she spoke. Sarah was passive aggressive, very judgmental on me feeding my baby girl Bobbie formula, seems like she doesn’t understand that Women sometimes have no choice that they can’t breast-feed as my milk dried up, and I felt completely judged on being a formula feeder and called the formula I was giving my baby “okay”. Sarah is only a nurse practitioner not a doctor, And I felt like she was very uneducated on all different kinds of formulas as she didn’t even know that there is a whole milk formula that is given to infant 0 to 12 months of age. I was shocked to hear that from someone who works with children and babies. My husband did agree She did come off very uneasy And judgmental in her tone and the way she treated me as a formula, feeding mother. If I choose to stay with Salud Pediatrics, I highly recommend Meghan but I will not be wasting my time or my child’s time with Sarah. And the other note, the office staff is always 110% amazing and if we didn’t have not only a good pediatrician and the office staff weren’t as amazing as they are, we would’ve left after the visit with Sarah. I felt like the whole purpose of my appointment was to make sure my baby isn’t carrying any Viruses and Sarah did not even take the time to test my baby for any viruses. Besides simply say she probably caught a virus. I think she just wanted us out the door and that was that. I Really hope that she can reflect on this Review and understand how she treated a mother really can reflect salute Pediatrics And stop people from coming to their practice. Please do better!

She is so loving and playful with my kids, and you can tell she truly cares. They’re never treated like just another number. Sarah makes every visit feel personal and comforting, which means the world as a parent. The front desk staff is always so nice and sweet. From the moment we walk in until the moment we leave, they welcome us with smiles and interact with my kids, making the whole experience wonderful every time. We’re so grateful to have such a caring team taking care of our children and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Dr Sarah Olsen has been taking care of my three kids since birth. She takes time to listen and remembers us. She cares and listens and makes it seem any worry we as parents have are valid. She helps keep the kids feeling safe and makes the doctor visit worth our time! We highly recommend her and her office.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. We’ve been coming here since our child was born, and I’ve always felt taken care of, at ease, building trust, and most importantly, I’ve always felt that my daughter is genuinely cared for. Our pediatrician, Sarah Olsen, has consistently taken such good care of her. She has a calm, patient way of explaining things that makes us feel understood, and my daughter loves her so much that she pretends to be her when playing doctor. She always keeps us informed and answers every question we have. What’s really kept us coming here is her knowledge and attention to detail. My kiddo has had her share of issues over time, but the most important one—and staying vague here for privacy—was something Sarah caught during a routine checkup. She noticed a subtle change that wasn’t typical for her age, and that observation led us to a specialist and ultimately to a diagnosis of a lifelong condition we still monitor today. Her attention to detail made all the difference. If it weren’t for Sarah, we never would have known anything was wrong, and for that, we truly can’t thank her enough. My kids have been patients at Salud for 3 years now. Dr. Sarah is so unbelievably kind and personable with my kids. She takes time to talk with them and make them comfortable and they absolutely adore her. They are always excited to learn that we’re going to the doctor to see Dr. Sarah! She is wonderful at explaining things and has never once made me feel dumb for asking questions (an experience I’ve had at other pediatrician offices). It’s always easy to get last minute appointments when needed and the office staff is super friendly. I constantly recommend Salud, and specifically Dr. Sarah, to everyone!

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff at Salud. Everyone is kind, patient, and truly supportive. They are always willing to work with our schedule and when possible, have allowed day-of visits which goes to show how caring and accommodating they are. Our pediatrician, Sarah Olsen, has been incredible for nearly five years. Her bedside manner is always calm and reassuring, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly. Whether it was colic, constipation, recurring ear infections, or referrals to specialists, she’s worked with us to find the right treatment plan for our daughter. She also caught an issue early on that could’ve been easily missed, and we’re so grateful for her attention to detail and genuine care. As a first-time mom with plenty of questions, I always felt comfortable coming to her and trusted that her advice was evidence based and in my daughter’s best interest. Salud has become part of our village. Can’t recommend them enough!

First of all, the girls at the front desk always take care of us, are very nice and professional. The rooms are also well kept and colorful! Rosita, receptionist, is so kind answering the phone. Easy scheduling, short wait times, organized!! Alex, medical assistant, is sooo cheerful, vibrant, and patient. My daughter is at ease during her vitals with her and always asks for her!
